Good book for the Neo-Urban Survivalist

The Good:

The Bad:

-Spelling and grammar errors. I caught approximately 10 spelling and/ or grammatical errors while not even searching for them. Not overly distracting, simply mildly annoying. i would expect higher given the value of this book.
